About Me

I have over 14 years of experience in Europe and Australia coaching professional athletes, everyday gym members & other fitness professionals. Throughout my life, I have practised multiple sports and martial arts, which has given me an extensive understanding and knowledge of Human Biomechanics & Sports Psychology.

As a Functional Performance Coach I take pride in educating my clients on the science of how the body works and how to manage it. I teach my clients tools that they can take with them to understand not only how to fix or manage existing issues, but how to build optimal performance while creating good long term training habits.

I believe in assessing, managing and prescribing training methods for the whole body, starting from the ground up by unlocking the bodies ability to maximise optimal athletic potential while minimizing injuries and preventing reoccurring ones, whether you are a professional athlete or not.
