I have been a very active person since the get-go, from sports to many years of dancing to then extending my love for the stage and fitness performance into the art of bodybuilding competitions, I have faced many physical challenges and limits. I understand that each and every individual is different, especially when it comes to the progression in terms of their health and fitness and everyone reacts and progresses differently also. I am here to give my extensive knowledge and experience and apply this to each of my clients wants and needs to be the best versions of themselves they can be.
