“When I started training with Dan, I had fallen into a slump with work and had stopped training for almost 5 years and was starting to feel very average. While working with Dan, I lost 8kg in the first 4 months, and now look forward to training and feel so much better. Without Dan’s support I would have not achieved the results that I have so far.
