Growing up, racing motocross placed me in positions where I experienced a wide range of physical responses. This lead for research on how adaptations can be made to my training and wellbeing to improve my results on a weekly basis. The sport provides a high variation of muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness and mental focus, which lead me to increase my knowledge further so I am able to help those around me, to achieve their desired goals and experience the inner satisfaction of success. As well as opening them to beneficial variations that not only increase their performance but make them smile and enjoy being active.
