Exercise has always been a fundamental part of my lifestyle, from graduating University, to travelling and working in Europe to Hong Kong.
I entered the Personal Training industry to help people achieve their Health and Fitness goals through the application of evidence-based training and nutrition strategies. From my experiences, I have learned the absolute importance of exercising efficiently and effectively with the aim of progressive overload.
