Exercise & Fitness has been my major passion from early Childhood from playing Soccer to competing in Taekwondo. From there I first started weight training when I was in high school and have been hooked ever since.
I become a Personal Trainer as I truly believe exercise and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle is something all people need. I’m here to share my knowledge, experience and skills to help individuals reach their desired targets and goals through a completely holistic approach.
At the end of the day I believe training should be something you enjoy as that’s the best way to remain consistent and etch it into your already busy lifestyle. That’s where I’m here to help.
